Pecorino and Val d’Orcia

You will land at a wonderful local winery in the Val d’Orcia, a stunning valley that is a UNESCO World Heritage site. After being greeted by the winery owner or sommelier, and having a private tour, you can enjoy a guided tasting of their wines. Next, you will head to a Pecorino cheese farm nearby to learn all about this delicious sheep cheese during a visit, followed by an exclusive tasting lunch of their products and other local specialties.

After lunch, you can choose between a visit to the charming local town of Pienza, filled with more cheese and wine shops, or take a stroll through the town of Montalcino with its stunning views and excellent Brunello wineries. If you prefer, you can even go to Siena, which is famous for its ancient medieval streets and Piazza del Campo, one of the most beautiful squares in Italy, time permitting.
